Your plan is based on your organization's annual donation volume, not on the features you use. Every plan includes every feature.

What does zero platform fees mean?

GiveSpring never takes a percentage of your donations. Standard payment processing fees from Stripe still apply, but no platform fee is added on top.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. As your donation volume grows, you can move to the plan that fits. Simple pricing that grows with you, not against you.

Is there a long-term contract?

Plans are billed annually. You choose the tier that reflects your current volume, with no hidden commitments.

Do I need a separate merchant account?
